"Blurry and annoying"
My vision kept staying blurry and kind of shifting around the whole time, which was annoying. I gave them a fair try, but yeah, I’m not buying these again.

"Lenses ripped right away"
Two of the lenses ripped before I even got to wear them. Disappointing, honestly...

"Kind of Hit or Miss"
These feel fine when I first put them in, but by lunchtime my eyes are already getting dry. For the price, I was expecting better moisture. They’re not terrible, but definitely a bit hit or miss for me.

"Comfy for everyday wear"
I wear these most days and they’re comfortable for hours at a time. Compared to some others I’ve tried, they’re easier to put in and don’t feel as irritating. My eyes can get a little dry by the end of the night, but overall they’re easy to use and don’t bother me much.

"Return Process Was More Frustrating Than It Needed to Be"
Returning my lenses ended up taking way longer than I expected. I had to follow up with support twice, the instructions were unclear, which made the whole thing more annoying than it should’ve been. I did eventually get it sorted out, but it wasn’t a great experience...

"I ordered contacts from acuvue.com the delivery..."
I ordered contacts from acuvue.com the delivery was a total hassle. The tracking barely updated, and the package showed up several days later than the date I was given at checkout.
I get that delays can happen, but I needed them before a trip and ended up having to buy lenses somewhere else. Customer service only gave me generic answers and didn’t really help, so I probably won’t order again unless they sort out the shipping

"Super Easy Ordering Process"
Ordering was really easy. The steps were clear, the product options were simple to choose from, and I liked that the checkout page showed everything clearly before I placed the order. It only took me a couple of minutes, which I really appreciated.

"Trial lenses left me doubtful"
I really wanted to like the trial lenses, but they were dry and got blurry quickly. It was disappointing, and it made me lose a bit of trust in the product.

"Not quite what I expected"
I tried these multifocals for about a month, they were just okay. The wording made them sound like they’d give a much smoother near-to-distance experience, but that wasn’t really the case for me. Some days I could read my phone without much trouble, and other days everything up close was blurry and annoying. Distance vision was better, but night driving felt off because I kept seeing halos and blinking like that would somehow clear them. They also started feeling dry by the afternoon. Ordering from the site was easy enough, so no complaints there, but for the price, I expected a lot more. The description felt a bit misleading compared to how they actually performed.

"Packaging Was a Disaster"
My contacts showed up in a box that looked like it had been through a full-on wrestling match, crushed, half open, just a total mess. The lenses seemed okay, but seeing packaging that careless for something I’m supposed to put in my eyes made me way more stressed than it should have. Definitely not what I expected, and yeah, it was annoying

"Wish I’d double-checked the prescription sooner"
I ordered my usual Acuvue lenses, but this time something felt off with the prescription. One eye stayed blurry even after wearing them for a few days, and I ended up having to check in with my eye doctor to make sure it wasn’t just me. Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but I wish I’d caught the issue earlier because dealing with the blurry lens was frustrating

I was disappointed. After just a few hours, my eyes started feeling really dry and almost suffocated, which was so uncomfortable. I had to take them out way earlier than I expected. I usually have higher hopes for acuvue, so this was a letdown.

"Brighter Than I Expected"
I was hoping these would be more of a soft hazel, at least that’s what I remember thinking when I picked them out. On my eyes, though, they looked way brighter than I expected and just kind of odd on me. Maybe they’d look nice on someone else, but they weren’t really my thing

"didn't work for me"
i really wanted to like these lenses because i was hoping they’d be comfortable, but the fit just felt off from the start. they kept shifting around on my eyes and never really settled in place. after wearing them for a few hours, my eyes felt irritated and my vision got blurry. maybe they’re fine for other people, but for me they ended up being a waste of money.

"I can wear these for about…"
I can wear these for about 10 hours comfortably, which is great for a full day. After that, though, my eyes start feeling tired and a bit worn out. I’d rather take them out than risk dealing with irritation later, so I try not to stretch the wear time too much.

"Not sure I’d order from the site again"
I tried reaching out to acuvue support twice about a problem with my order, but I only got automated emails back. I waited a few days thinking maybe someone would follow up, but nothing actually useful came through. It’s really frustrating when you’re running low on lenses and you’re not sure if anyone is even looking into it. I don’t think I’ll be buying from the site again.

"Hard to Get In"
These lenses are kind of frustrating. They keep folding over on my finger, and then I have to keep fixing them and trying again. It takes forever to get them in, like way longer than it should.

"Still made my eyes dry"
I really hoped this would help, but my eyes still felt dry. the dryness got worse, and it just kept bothering me. I kept noticing how dry my eyes felt, and it didn’t really give me the relief I was expecting.

"Changing Orders Is More Hassle Than It Should Be"
I tried to change my order it was way more annoying than expected. The whole process feels unnecessarily complicated, almost like they’d rather you just give up and keep the original order. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Acuvue’s website made this way harder than it needed to be"
I tried using ACUVUE to look up my lenses, the site kind of made it a whole ordeal. The pages were loading slowly, the menu was confusing for no reason, and I kept getting bounced around instead of just finding basic info. It was even worse on my phone — tiny buttons, random pages not loading right, the whole thing. I gave it about 10 minutes before I gave up. Not sure why ACUVUE made something so simple feel this annoying, but they really need to fix it
